Dave is the Program Manager for Outpatient Orthopedics and the Industrial Rehabilitation Service. His clinical background includes Industrial Rehabilitation - including work hardening, work conditioning, ergonomic interventions, functional capacity evaluations and pre-work screening. Dave is also a certified Assistive Technology Practitioner and has been practicing occupational therapy for over 15 years.
Sharon Josten

Sharon is trained in industrial rehabilitation, outpatient therapy and ergonomics. She is certified in the Isernhagen/Work Well Functional Capacity Evaluation method and has received extensive ergonomic training from a variety of nationally known instructors. She specializes in the treatment of industrial workers, low back and sacroiliac joint dysfunctions and has 10 years experience treating SI joint dysfunctions. 
Lori Serbousek

Lori has more than 20 years experience and specializes in orthopedics. Her experience includes sports injuries, strains and sprains, back and neck care, auto and work related injuries, and pre-and post-operative rehabilitation.
John Slack

John Slack is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and has been an Occupational Therapist for over six years. John’s OT experience includes work conditioning, work hardening, physical capacity evaluations, job site assessments, wheelchair evaluation/fitting and acute rehabilitation.
